The most effective way to do this is to disable cookies in your browser. I suggest consulting the Help section of your browser or taking a look at the About Cookies website which offers guidance for all modern browsers

I can process personal data on various legal bases:

  • For processing operations for which I obtain your consent for a specific processing purpose, Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR is my legal basis. For example, purchase of a class pass or consent to marketing emails.
  • If the processing of personal data is necessary for the performance of a contract with yourself, for example, when processing operations are necessary to provide you with my products or services, the processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR. This includes processing required from your inquiries concerning my products or services.
  • As an entity established under the laws of England and Wales, I am obliged to comply with UK laws and guidance provided by UK regulatory bodies and where I am subject to a legal obligation by which processing of personal data is required, my processing is based on Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR.
  • Finally, I can base my processing operations on Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR: in specific situations, I require your data to pursue my legitimate interests in a way which might reasonably be expected as part of running my business and which does not materially impact your rights, freedom or interests.

I may use third party services to process your personal data. The third-party providers used by me will collect, process and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to me.  Each such third party will act as a data controller in relation to the data that I supply to it and will have their own privacy policy which will govern that third party’s use of your personal data which I recommend you read.

Certain providers may be located in, or have facilities that are located in, a different jurisdiction than either you or me for example, which means your information may become subject to the laws of the jurisdiction(s) in which that service provider or its facilities are located.

I may also disclose your personal information to third parties: in the event that I consider selling, buying or similar with any business entity; in the event of an insolvency situation or to protect my rights, my property, my customers, or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organisations for the purposes of fraud protection, credit risk reduction or bad debt collection.

You have a number of rights in relation to my use of your personal information and can request me to do various things with this information. For example, at any time you can ask me for a copy of your personal information, ask me to correct mistakes, change the way I use your information, or even delete it. You may also instruct me not to process your personal information for marketing purposes. In practice, you will usually either expressly agree in advance to my use of your personal information for marketing purposes, or I will provide you with an opportunity to opt out of the use of your personal information for marketing purposes. In response to these requests, I’ll either do what you’ve asked, or confirm why I cannot if due to a legal or regulatory issue.

I reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If I make material changes to this policy, I will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information I collect, how I use it, and under what circumstances, if any, I use and/or disclose it.
If my business is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that I may continue to sell services to you.
